the english breakfast was Great. i enjoyed the ensuite shower and found it convenient. i found onsite parking useful. the location near routes to harrogate and ripon was a BONUS.
the bedroom furniture didn't MATCH. the en-suite felt tiny, and showering was like standing under a light rain.

I appreciated the friendly staff. They were helpful. the breakfast included vegetarian options, which i found great. the room had a fridge that was quite useful. i was able to leave my suitcase after checking out. This helped me a lot.
The stairs to the upper floors were a bit narrow. I almost slipped.

good size room convenient location restful nights onsite parking
my experience included a room of good size. it had cleanliness throughout and i found its location quite convenient. a short walk led to the city center, perfect for exploring, also the area remained quiet. i appreciated the onsite parking, a definite plus for travelers. it eliminated the worry of finding a space elsewhere.
the bathroom door had a limited opening angle. it required a bit of maneuvering to enter comfortably, this was a minor inconvenience.
